Every overseas company that sets up an Australian subsidiary needs an Australian-resident director. We exist to make that appointment fast, fair and properly governed.
Why we exist
The market offered two bad options.
Foreign founders could ask a friend, an employee or an acquaintance to become a director, often without anyone explaining the personal liability involved. Or they could pay a nominee service that provided a name and a signature, but no oversight, no records and no early warning when something went wrong.
Both options fail the same way. When a problem appears, such as an unpaid tax liability or a missed lodgement, the director discovers it late, panics and resigns. The company is non-compliant again, and the founder is back where they started with a bigger problem.
We built a third option: a professional director supported by a governance system that sees problems early, keeps records complete and makes the right action obvious. It is better for the company, better for the director and better for Australia's corporate register.

Protection in both directions
A deed of indemnity, confirmed D&O cover and a clear decision protocol protect the director. Daily public-record checks (from launch) and early, private warnings protect the company. Neither works without the other.

We publish fixed annual fees and honour them on every quote. No discovery call, no hourly billing for routine compliance work.
Quiet until asked
We only send replies, invoices by email if you chose that, and the reminders you switched on. Anything else is personally approved by our CEO first. You will never receive a sales sequence from us.

The steps that carry personal or legal weight stay with people: a director's consent to act, every signature on a resolution, the judgement of how serious a risk is, and any decision to resign. Our system prepares the evidence and records the decision, but a person makes it.
We are not a law firm or a tax adviser, and we do not replace your accountant. We work alongside them and never touch their scope. Accountants, lawyers, FIRB and migration advisers can give their clients a co-branded onboarding link; the client then enquires with us directly, in their own time.
